@cwebber @mkljczk The difference:the new site fails for me because NoScript is my friend and blocks javascript. The old site was perfectly readable without it.I generally block javascript whereever i can because that's how you get the trackers and malware working.So, for me, i liked the old one better. And i don't care what format the information is presented in as long as i can easily access it.

@Brokar @cwebber That’s the point, I added a loading overlay that does nothing except making the website unusable without JS. It happens pretty often on actual websites, I guess to make tools like Google PageSpeed Insights not punish them for layout shifts.

@cwebber @mkljczk I love that my adblock rules or GDPR consent extension chokes on the "modern" version and I have a grey overlay even after closing everything 😆(I love it even more if it's by design 😁)

@mkljczk @Brokar @cwebber Maybe the colors need some tweaking, it's too readable, needs to be some shade of gray for improved unreadability.The URL is also too human-readable, needs to be long and cryptic.(I'm probably missing part of the experience, NoScript here.)
