@neurovagrant @mttaggart @cR0w Another thing is too: This is an uncertain time when everyone is looking to everyone else for what to do. Any leadership you show right now, even if it just feels like signalling, is really important.This may seem like a paradox, but it's safer to speak up now, rather than later when things get worse, and when everyone is more afraid and in an even more precarious position with regards to contracts, jobs, etc.I'm speaking up right now about some issues in my workplace. I wish more white guys would speak with me and be brave alongside with me.
