       @robcinos Wall St is also just a basket case right now - all this whiplash is not the sign of a well-functioning market. If he keeps up these China tariffs, the Walmart zones of the US are going to get clobbered (along with many others).

       @robcinos Imagine being a customs official: tariffs are in - no tariffs are out. Or trying to buy anything for a future project. This kind of erratic behavior is ultimately destabilizing
