       @TonyStark When I saw the clip on YouTube, my brain AUTOMATICALLY added 25% to the U.S. purchase price…how can he possibly think this is good for our economy?  Oh, wait. I just used the word ‘think’.  Never mind. Sorry for the interruption. 🙄

       @TonyStark Tariffs are not going to make manufacturing come back. We already produce too much of things we don’t need. Durable goods can be postponed. People will buy used before paying more for new. Deporting foreigners isn’t going to create more jobs for citizens. Again, we produce more at a subsistence level than we can eat-we may miss a strawberry harvest, but we’ll have plenty of industrial soy and corn. No fired USDA attorneys are going to go pick crops by hand. Nobody wants to anschluß Canada or Greenland. That’s not going to happen, but the threats will make us a pariah state. Trump really is an Ozymandias. I look upon his works and weep.
