@bitsplusatoms shocker the ARRL wouldn’t want their members to give actual input to the FCC and would want to gatekeep that. ;)

@PopeASDF That's right. Submitting directly to the FCC is a more daunting task. I'm hoping that some hams who are versed in the process will write notes on how to submit effectively to the FCC and create some source material that others can adapt / build upon for their own submissions.

@bitsplusatoms it’s less hard you just need to input the right proposal number and your personal info.. your address, etc and comments are all public so you are doxing yourself, but as a ham you are pretty exposed already (and before people say POBox, you are still doxxed)
