       I've had lots of good success with udemy courses when I'm trying to learn new skill or systems, but haven't specifically taken a networking one.For free resources, this guyhttps://m.youtube.com/watch?v=S7MNX_UD7vY is a reasonable jumping off point for normies, though it may feel somewhat condescending to send to someone working in a technical roll already 🤷‍♀️
