       I have 6 whole artichokes and no idea what to do with them. I am open to suggestions.Today's produce rescue was mostly tomatoes and citrus. Those I can handle.#cooking #artichokes

       @jendefer the cores can be jarred, you may need to eat the rest.You can boil them to soften them and peel the leaves, and then cut the cores to jar. Very tasty in a salad with potatoes and mayo.
