       Louvain-la-Neuve is an interesting and quite beautiful car-free town. Built to primarily support the university, it's not all about the university and still has the things you would expect from a regular town. Except cars — you will only find them at the town’s perimeter, or underneath the main square where a major road passes in a tunnel.
