My wife has a particular band she likes to listen to on planes, she thinks their music is very good at drowning out engine noise and helps her sleep during flights. So while we were standing in the security line she turned to me and in full voice announced:"I can't wait until we get on the plane so I can listen to Explosions in the Sky."🤦♀️💀💀💀Thankfully no tsa heard.

@catsalad years ago, my wife and son, who was perhaps five years old at the time were at the airport in the security line to come see me. As they got closer, my wife told him that they had to take off their shoes. He asked why, and my wife said it was because someone tried to blow up an airplane with a shoe bomb. Apparently the gears were turning for a while, and as they got up to the TSA agent, my son asked rather loudly “mom, how do you make a shoe bomb?“
