@platypus Fitbit has the opposite problem; it is wildly, delightfully optimistic about calorie consumpsion. Most 1hr rides on the trainer show about 900 cals according to Fitbit, but the trainer and workout estimate is often half. It is a matter of my mood which one I believe..

Like I didn’t connect them for this purpose but Apple Health is completely unserious about all things weightlifting and this REALLY cracked me up.

(Technically, also, I am a powerlifter which isn’t a claim about my strength but Olympic weightlifting and powerlifting are two different subtypes of sport and I feel bad that weightlifters are always having to explain that Bench isn’t one of their Featured Moves)
