#NixOS users: On a single-user laptop, how do you decide which apps to install globally vs locally if they are equally easy to install either way?

@markstos I've started my #nixos journey recently and wondered about this too.Currently my approach is to put packages that I know I will want to use as `root` under `environment.systemPackages` but if I know its only going to be used by a user it goes into `home.packages`.This seems to be splitting terminal based tools into `environment.systemPackages` as I tend to need them as `root` but GUIs end up in `home.packages` as I only use desktop as user.#nixos

@slackline @markstos I've taken up just installing them for all users since my desktop/laptop are single user anyways. On a server where I often setup multiple users to handle multiple tasks I'd install packages per user.
