       @whitequark That's because volume is a measure of air pressure which is in turn a measure of force over area. If you increase the area, the volume goes down. ☝️ 🤓

       @whitequark That iPhone "feature" where it muffles the audio when you zoom in while recording is actually an open standard, and Firefox is simply implementing it on all playback. Why do you hate interoperability?
