       @lkundrak @liskin @xbezdick constitutional amendments (or like amending the amendments, term limits were only added after FDR) require not just plain majority, but 2/3 majority in both houses, that's not on the cards now and isn't realistic really

       @feld @pony @liskin @xbezdick @lkundrak yea that's all pipe dream shityou'll most likely see judicial appointments at lower levels that are more important, too much foreign money and craptivist judges letting criminals run wild and punishing citizens that defend themselvesit'd be nice if the nfa was thrown away, i'm more hopeful that the income tax being scrapped actually happens, but for now, its just nice to be smiling while everyone around me seems to be upset
