@spacemanspiff @itnewsbot @emanuel I can’t read this article because it is behind a paywall but the headline seems like a strawman argument. It’s amazing how outlets like this think an obvious lack of transparency and accountability and bad optics are perfectly fine during elections (only in elections where their side wins). I think it is nearly impossible to not get leftist propaganda from outlets like NYT, Arstechnica, Wired, etc.

@spacemanspiff @justinerickson @itnewsbot thing is that half of the internet is doing that stuff. One would have to block every 2nd outlet, left or right. All I am after is a feed with as little non tech articles as possible. I don’t really care what the non IT content is about, and I suspect it’s gonna wear off in 3 days. If news sources continue to post non IT news, I ll review and kick. I hope you understand, don’t mean to be disrespectful.

@spacemanspiff @justinerickson @itnewsbot I have explained several times that i don't curate the feed (i just select news sources and then they automatically post) unless there are complaints about high volume of non-IT-news. In recent weeks, that's been election related articles, and IIRC i also kicked two(?) feeds for posting non-IT News too frequently.This is a hobbyist public service i maintain in my spare time, i have no hidden agenda. I don't have time or desire to curate the feeds.
