@justinerickson @spacemanspiff as said, I am not interested in posting political views whatever the leaning. It’s much much more than usual because US elections unfortunately. If you can demonstrate that a news source repeatedly posts political views (I don’t care left or right) please cite the posts and I may kick them off the feed (forever)

@justinerickson @spacemanspiff as stated I don’t want to agree on my views with anyone, I want the feed to contain as little political views as possible. I don’t monitor the feed, but I will kick sources if they are not posting relevant information.

@justinerickson @spacemanspiff ok, i dealt with the Ars Technica issue in a satisfactory way ( i think) - previously, @itnewsbot covered ALL Ars articles, now it will only post them if they are in their IT technology feed category. It may take a few hours for the change to go through. Let me know if you still see political views from Ars on the feed going forwards. Thanks for your feedback.

@spacemanspiff @justinerickson @itnewsbot thing is that half of the internet is doing that stuff. One would have to block every 2nd outlet, left or right. All I am after is a feed with as little non tech articles as possible. I don’t really care what the non IT content is about, and I suspect it’s gonna wear off in 3 days. If news sources continue to post non IT news, I ll review and kick. I hope you understand, don’t mean to be disrespectful.

@spacemanspiff @justinerickson @itnewsbot I have explained several times that i don't curate the feed (i just select news sources and then they automatically post) unless there are complaints about high volume of non-IT-news. In recent weeks, that's been election related articles, and IIRC i also kicked two(?) feeds for posting non-IT News too frequently.This is a hobbyist public service i maintain in my spare time, i have no hidden agenda. I don't have time or desire to curate the feeds.

@jrsharp turns out to be surprisingly difficult. I have both a Keyspan 28x that is recognized on my Tiger machine, and a DOA Tripp Lite 19HS, but have not gotten connection to work yet on NCX 1.2.
