German word of the day: gurken.Verb, for traveling, used colloquially for long, slow or generally annoying journeys. E.g. "gestern musste ich wieder nach Bochum gurken" for "yesterday I had to travel to Bochum again".It also means "cucumbers"."Ich habe keine Lust auf Gurken" could mean either "I'm not in the mood for traveling" or "I'm not in the mood for cucumbers".Tja.
