@saskboy And was this the prevailing wisdom when they made those policy decisions or is this new research? It does take time for the latest and greatest to seep into the policy of the body politic - meanwhile, AB/SK/MB & BC would be on the warpath if we restrict LNG [you must know this].

@loran_hayden How has that different from status-quo? The CPC are not an option for anyone that wants a survivable future. The Liberals and NDP are not aiming much higher.

@saskboy I am saying that effective policy often follows research by a significant lag time. You can be assured that both the NDP and LPC are aware of this new research but developing policy is not something that happens in an instant.
