I feel like every operating system has at least one massive compromise that makes me not like using it.iOS is the locked down nature of the OS and the walled garden App Store.Android is the back button/gesture and, somewhat relatedly, the way that apps are "apps of apps" that makes it so apps have multiple entry points where you can't navigate back up to the home screen of an app without closing it and reentering it in some cases.Windows is... *gestures vaguely to all of it*macOS's menu bar drives me absolutely bonkers and makes it really hard to find anything since it's impossible to tell if it's in the toolbar or only in the menubar that could easily be on the other side of the screen from where your app window is.All except Linux. The only deal breaker with it is that developers don't develop for it, which isn't really a fault of the OS. :blobfoxfloofhappy: #Linux #FOSS #Windows #Mac #macOS #Android #iOS #iPhone
