       couldn't we have "phone service" without companies like #verizon? VOIP and WIFI. separate our phone numbers from these companies. #outage

       @wjmaggos What's stopping you from doing it now? WiFi is limited in scope so it's not a very attractive prospect but I'm not sure how you're hoping to improve it.
