       I've missed two Duolingo whole days, surely my streak must be broken. But what the hey I'm on the closest thing I've had to a holiday for years.Should just be a 'pause" option for suc circumstances.Why should we even give a Smeg about streaks anyway? Except in our underwear, of course.

       @llamasoft_ox The streak checking (at least used to be) entirely client-side, so you can (or used to be able to) actually just set the date on your phone back to the first missed day, complete a lesson and get your streak back. This works (or used to work) even for really long periods between streaks (hundreds of days).You can also write to their support, they can reinstate streaks.
