       If Superman’s escape pod landed in the US I think we know now he’d have end up in the school to prison pipeline at best or probably deported. We don’t want your crumby fleeing child from your crumby alien world.

       @futurebird I remember enjoying reading "Red Son" about Superman landing in the USSR.  May not have aged terribly well and I read it in the mid-aughts.
