@Hyolobrika Eating past midnight (assuming a "normal" circadian rythm) is, afaik, not considered Ideal, and is associated with a bunch of health risks AFAIKBut also, I put cheese in my ramen which is probably another crime to some

@Hyolobrika IIRC some evidence and studies suggest night eating increases risks of obesity, hunger and diabetes due to metabolism stuff I don't claim to fully understand myselfIn my case it definitely increases my chances of getting acid reflux, which is never fun on its own, but you know, sometimes you just ravenously crave the irresponsible ramen all the same lolOf course if you're worried asking a doctor would probably be the best bet here, I'm not an authority on the topic hahah
