       Anyway I’ve gotten awful vibes from S&P for years, not the first time I’ve had a bad CS exp with them but I’ve always dismissed it with “aw shit happens support a local LYS”. At this point I’m sure they’re big enough and just have terrible CS.

       @ShaMyouiMo They’re not a big company, they’re just famous because the shop is ran by a knitting celebrity. They like to pretend they’re your local friendly independent yarn shop but… yeah.
