I hear the neighbor children sobbing and screaming “Dad stop” and he’s endlessly shouting, and I hear furniture and things being thrown… it’s been going on for an hour now. I can’t really hear what he’s saying but it sounds awful. I’m starting to wonder if I should be calling the police. I can’t hear his wife at all but I hear the children terrorized and I’m scared for them.

Anyway I’ve gotten awful vibes from S&P for years, not the first time I’ve had a bad CS exp with them but I’ve always dismissed it with “aw shit happens support a local LYS”. At this point I’m sure they’re big enough and just have terrible CS.
