Iced Tea. My favourite method: add tea + sugar to cold water, put in the fridge for 10+ hours. That's it, very simple.Per 500ml water: 1 teabag (orange pekoe), 30ml sugar.The cold brewing avoids extracting elements that are good for hot tea but leave bitterness when cold.

@rainwarrior ooh, I should try that. I've only ever had iced tea with the usual southern method where you basically make hot tea, add sugar, then cool it down.

@foone I used to do it that way before I learned about this, and it both tasted worse (IMO) and was much more work.
