When are women going to get over the idea that to LOOK like a professional woman, you have to wear shoes like this and walk this way?? ARGHIs there a similar condition for professional men? Ties, though also symbolic just don't seem to be likely to cause as much pain.

@LaylaAlexandrovna Belts can cause a bit of pain, but that's not as bad as bad shoes. Can we just stop with suits completely though? For both men and women, they're almost always bland and turn into a disheveled mess at the slightest movement.

@LaylaAlexandrovna I wear flats or sneakers, no high sticks. If they dont like it, dont work near me.

@laureen @LaylaAlexandrovna Same, flats, trainers (or work boots) for me too. Luckily in the places I work that is fully expected and accepted so not been an issue
