       Holy shit. After seeing what’s going on with the Ventoy “community” and Veronica Explains I think I’m comfortable moving Ventoy into my “never touching this ever” list. I agree that something ain’t right about this.

       @xodium I really want to look for alternatives now. Ventoy can be convenient, but it's definitely not the perfect tool that people make it out to be.Some older machines don't like it, some OSes crash during boot (Haiku springs to mind). For example, booting an XP ISO on a P4 yesterday blue screened, so I ended up using Rufus to put the ISO straight on the USB stick.I wonder if a flash drive with grub or some other bootloader would do the job just as well, just with a bit more config work.
