Microsoft now blaming the EU for the crowdstrike issue, because the EU made them open their APIs to third party developers in 2009 is hilarious.If your APIs had any kind of gracious error handling, this wouldn’t be an issue. Fix your bad code, Microsoft, stop pointing fingers.

@thelinuxEXP Also, if there's anyone to blame here, it's Crowdstrike, their customers for buying a subpar product, and bad update rollout policies.

Tbf, it doesn't matter which OS you're running, if you open the gates to a Trojan horse your city will be filled with Greeks.The practice of giving another company full ring 0 access to all your business critical machines is nuts, and the fact there's only massive problems every couple years is only by pure luck.
