       @icedquinn When I was a teenager I bought a PCI card that connected to a VCR and let me backup games onto VHS tapes.  I was convinced tape was the future of bulk storage.  Oh how naive I was.

       @rizele it IS the most cost efficient one.i'm pretty sure these decks are just "fuck you" priced for enterprises. i am unconvinced that there is genuinely 3,000$ worth of tech in here.
