@selea My guess, someone on your instance interacted with it at some point, either by sharing it, liking, replying, etc.Reports now have an option to forward the report to every instance that interacted with it.

@selea I see. That causes a lot of maintenance burden if not used properly. We get a lot of reports of the kind 'i don't like this message'. Users should make more use of the client/personal blocking methods. Stuff/features like this cause moderator burnout.
