       I wish there was a service that rented out C and D batteries for like 5 minutes to test things and see if they work. I don’t want to own C batteries. In fact, I discovered an ancient pack of them that went bad before I could use them. I now have an old Sony boom box and a Nikonos Flash unit I need to test, but no batteries, and damnit, I’m not spending $12.

       @ukuku Does a "battery eliminator" power supply not exist? 1.5 3 4.5 6 etc volts? With clip leads?
