An occasional reminder that I really love my Chevy Bolt. I like my older model, too. Almost everything is right about it: size, range, manual controls, Apple CarPlay. Shift stalk that I can slap in and out of full regen. Big fat buttons, like the fattest buttons of any car I’ve ever owned. Buttons so big you can hit them with a glove on. Only thing I’d add is adaptive cruise control, faster fast charging, and wireless CarPlay. (and AWD if I could really dream big). #EV

@stux I can ship you several boxes of superfluous squirrels. I call my house “The Squirrelery” because I have such an absurd abundance of the creatures. They really are delightful, though.

I wish there was a service that rented out C and D batteries for like 5 minutes to test things and see if they work. I don’t want to own C batteries. In fact, I discovered an ancient pack of them that went bad before I could use them. I now have an old Sony boom box and a Nikonos Flash unit I need to test, but no batteries, and damnit, I’m not spending $12.

No, that’s not the Apple logo, that’s calcific tendonitis in my shoulder. Ouch! Had a very successful procedure to scrape it away this afternoon. I had been avoiding the “painful” procedure while living with what ended up to be much worse pain, lol.

@paninid I was really proud when the CEO of St Luke’s hospital successfully sued Ammon Bundy after he and his goon squad terrorized nurses and doctors at his institution. It was a bold move and put him in personal danger, but now Ammon is nowhere to be found.
