@vik @puck oh, this one i know. Brown until brown. But it's true, the time will vary a lot depending on equipment!

@vik haha, yeah, I brown/soften them till they look ready. This time certainly varies.In my butter chicken recipe it says "Cook chicken pieces for 3 minutes till browned". 3 minutes? Yeah, right.

@puckOne of our recent recipes said to cook popcorn chicken in "a dash of olive oil." Takes about 10mm deep to do it properly.

@vik that is more extreme than the usual call for one tablespoon! Fortunate that you have a good supply of olive oil!

@puck Yeah :) Use rice bran oil for popcorn chicken though 'cos you can warm it up more.
