       Went to the gym today for the first time in a minute. Forgot how nice it is there. It would do me zero harm to start making that part of my like again. I really do miss it.

       I used to be that nerd at the gym every morning before work. I loved it and it made my days better. I have no idea why I ever stopped.

       @art I used to wake up early to get a walk, at the height of the pandemic panic, to avoid other people. I used to love watching the sunrise, and it started some really great days. Wish I were motivated to try that again.
