Our black cat wasn't eating, so we brought him to the vet, they taught us how to inject him with fluids, and between that and the insulin he's turning around and getting healthy.Our gray kitty, my girl, has had trouble eating, so I brought her in, and the difference in X-rays from six months ago and today suggests cancer along her jaw. Won't know until we get the biopsy back ... at some point.If anything happens to her, I won't be well.

Getting caught up on books and movies and TV shows, it seems. The heavy snowfall has finally come, but it'll be gone in a day or two.Binged '3-Body Problem' in one day. Started great, ended unsatisfyingly.Finished 'Mistress Masham's Repose' (1946, about refugee Lilliputians) and halfway through 'The Little Grey Men' (1942, about gnomes on an adventure). It's always interesting to see what outsiders come up with when contemplating #SizeFantasy.

@art I used to wake up early to get a walk, at the height of the pandemic panic, to avoid other people. I used to love watching the sunrise, and it started some really great days. Wish I were motivated to try that again.

Spent the evening copying my prayers and rituals into the rúnskrá. No more pieces of paper floating around, getting lost, showing up awkwardly. Also started recording the instances of synchronicity since formalizing Gýgratrú, something I've been meaning to preserve for a while.So, a good evening of handwriting, and now I'm ready to pass out.

This is the second rune for which I'm taking twice as long working with it. It's only funny because Kenaz is the "torch of creativity" and I've been writing a story a night for over a week.
