       Ok I’ve eaten a lot of whatever lately, burgers and ad hoc meals on the go and I desperately needed a home cooked meal for my mental and physical health. So I’ve just demolished a bowl of fresh linguine with pesto rosso, garlic, onions, spinach, capers and olives.
