This fucking sucks. It’s been hard to breathe for days, which means a walk to the shops is exhausting. I want to wring my lungs out in the sink and the only way I can function is if I’m dosed to the edge of my fucking sanity with Sudafed.

@geordie @mpesce @stufromoz yeah, ms16 has had something since Monday, so just got one of these fancy rats today and lo and behold. Usually flu does its thing for a couple of days and then improves, she's still coughing up a lung and everything but can’t get a Bulk Billed Doctors appointment until next week

@geordie @franksting @mpesce @stufromoz I think my sister has the same, and she's had it for the last 10 days.Shows negative on COVID and flu a/b tests, but it's debilitating. Docs have sent a spit sample away for sequencing.
