Do people care about HTTP/3? It doesn't seem like people care about HTTP/3.

@dreid Masking traffic within https streams has been a fairly reliable way to get pass the internet censorship. However, many implementations suffers from the TCP-in-TCP problem and GFW exploit that by randomly dropping packets if the traffic pattern looks suspicious. If the traffic is innocent then it only result in slightly worse performance, but TCP-in-TCP streams will get absolutely wrecked. QUIC is a lot better as a covering, being UDP based.

@dreid btw, as a side effect of this, http/2 can perform a lot worse than http1 if one side is in PRC. fun huh.
