       @glecharles @jessamyn Oh, I'd missed that one. Love it! It's also very useful even to those of us who don't work in libraries. We all have people around us who need some help. The part about blame is especially relatable. Everybody in my family has lost count of the number of times I've forbidden them from blaming themselves when they're just the victims of shitty design 😁

       @baldur @glecharles I often tell people "You are not a bad person, this is a bad website" For people who are not that tech literate the idea that you could build an entire website that was either bad or deliberately deceptive is a new concept so we repeat it A LOT.Glad you liked the article.
