       Nothing like moving from a conventional barbell (45lbs) to a trap bar (60lbs) for deadlifts and forgetting to change it in my lift logging.Suddenly just got a big ol' line of 15 lbs gains (~6%), and can now stop wondering why my working sets feel so much harder on the same plate load.
