       Mechanical linkages are so cool! After reading a bit about them on wikipedia, I modeled some four-bar linkages in the parametric solver "SolveSpace" and played around with the parameters.I love all the interesting and unexpected movements that such a mechanism can produce, especially considering it is just four bars, and four joints!#mechanics #linkages

       @fangchar I actually learned how to design these to get the motion you want, back in uni! It's been a long time and I don't remember how to do it anymore, but it's something I want to learn again. Too often I want to make a latch or a simple clamp for a hand tool, and end up settling for a purchased part.
