       1/My #Marathon 7 was done: moving time 3:46:50, pace 8'39”/mile. My PR remains 3:44:58. My son was on his e-bike, and my wife walked the first 4 miles and back (8 in total), just in time so I could catch up with her 🙂.30-second #Video.#running #PacificNorthWest

       2/nThe route was Sammamish River Trail -> Marymoor Connector Trail -> East Lake Sammamish Trail. Temperature feels like 45F/7.2C. Slightly rainy with wind 9.6 mph S (headwind in the first half). My pace was pretty stable, but still feeling tired in the last 2 miles. 12oz energy drink + 4 gel packs were consumed.This concludes my 58-mile week!#running #marathon #PacificNorthWest
