       I have a small bit of happy news to share! Some time ago, I bought myself an IBM p5 510 server. Just for fun, as one does. I got it to work again!It was refusing to work because the ribbon cable for the boot code LCD broke. Why it needs this to work when it outputs the same codes over serial, I dunno. Probably to help IBM make money. The worst part is that it comes as part of an assembly where it attaches to a larger ribbon cable. But I finally found a replacement!
