@ActionRetro At least for the feature union of wifi and WAP capability, a later Series 60 Nokia would be a good bet, like an N95 or E90. While I had my share of S60 phones (6600, N90, E61i) I might have tried the WAP browser like 3 times ever. It was too small and there was nothing I cared about on WAP.

@ActionRetro Samsung Corby wifi possibly? It has a browser that supported WAP (2.0), and it had wifi, but the browser also supported html/xhtml, so it's possible that WAP wasn't really used.Unfortunately I had a variant of it that lacked wifi.

@ActionRetro I don't know about feature phones, but I had a few wifi-enabled Windows Mobile phones that happily browsed WAP sites.

@ActionRetro If it's for an experiment you may have an easier time looking for WAP and Bluetooth phones like the Sony Ericsson Txxx or Kxxx because they *may* be able to connect to the internet via the PAN Bluetooth protocol.I connected the other way around to get EDGE on my MacBook in 2007.

@ActionRetro mum had one I’m sure of it. Wish I knew the model. It was a Nokia bar phone and I am positive it had wifi. If I find the model number I’ll let you know. Otherwise Nokia N95 was a 3G device that supported the WAP 2.0 protocol and had wifi.

@ActionRetro I think you may have to clarify "old", "WAP" (version) and "browse".Most Symbian phones had WiFi and a web browser that supported WAP 2.0 by the early 2000s. But at that time WAP was already dead (depending on the region it was never even really alive):http://lists.xml.org/archives/xml-dev/200203/msg00449.htmlSo was it actually technically possible? Yes. Could you actually do some proper browsing? Pretty much no.
