@ajroach42 My cat, who was emergency-vet-visit sick a couple weeks ago, is doing just fine now! And I just ordered the first blueberries of the season from a local-ish grower; I’ll be picking them up in about 6 hours.#TellMeSomethingGood

@aburka @ajroach42 toss a block of tofu in half a tbsp of oil. Then toss in corn starch to coat (about 2 tbsp but you won't use all). Bake on parchment 20-30 min at 420.It'll refrigerate 4 days, freeze longer.

@ajroach42 My zombie plumeria is back again. 😀 It's 2, maybe 3 years old, & each winter when its leaves all drop, plus it takes months to grow them again, I think that will be the end of it. I had no idea what I was doing when I saw it in the store & liked it. The soil wasn't great, I got it special food & figured out how best to water it, but it's always struggled. This week leaves came back so there's hope again. Maybe someday it'll look like a tree instead of a pitiful stalky bush.
