       I've owned various #MFJ products over the years, and have generally been good with the price, but less than impressed by their design and QC.  Their disappearance will create a hole in the lower end of #amateuradio gear.  Hopefully another vendor will come in and fill the void.

       @PopeASDF @KC8JC @N1ZZZ I wonder who will end up with the amplifier business?Mike from M2? He used to co-own KLM which made amplifiers. I worry that affordable external antenna tuners won't be a thing anymore for the new hams.

       @HopelessDemigod @PopeASDF @KC8JC There will be a fairly robust used market for tuners as there are a plethora out there.  I'm not so sure about amplifiers.  QRO has always been the equipment of those with money.  Beyond the amp itself, it's a matter of running the power and upscaling the grounding, antenna and feedline.
