       Good morning. 🐦🐦🐦9 January 2024I broke routine this morning and started the coffee before letting the dogs out. That caused me to forget to turn off the house alarm, so when I opened the backdoor it started beeping. I ended up dashing across the house, losing my slippers along the way to enter my credentials and stop the alarm. That happens once in a while.Back when I was growing up, we never locked the doors to our house or our cars. Interesting isn't it how time changes things. My wife is especially cautious, if I go walk around the yard, I better take my keys because the door might be locked when I get back. Hmmm ... it wasn't that long ago that we had to stick the key in the car door to unlock it."I hate alarms. If they go off, I get really tetchy. I hate them.
