Stop giving teens devices that, due to very normal curiosity and poor judgement, they are very often going to use to commit a "crime" of which they are the only victim.My god, to be a kid today.  Governments are already wanting to sterilize them.  Now, they are also setting them up to be inadvertent criminals.Take away the phones, and then leave kids the Hell alone.
