       My iPhone SE 2020 has a tendency to slide off of any smooth surface I put it on, to the point where it's a running joke that my phone is trying to smash itself. I broke my screen in mid-November and had a broken screen for a month and a half, long enough to forget about my phone always falling off surfaces because it wasn't - the crack added friction, I guess. I finally got it fixed a couple of weeks ago and it's back to its old ways, throwing itself to its death every chance it gets. Ugh.

       @casseagull I immediately put my phone in a case for this reason. It’s not as svelte and sexy as a naked phone, but it’s also not like a wet bar of soap anymore.

       @dx @casseagull Agree, I have the red SE and it is just beautiful out of the case, but I immediately put it in a ugly black case because an uncracked screen is also aesthetically pleasing
