       Dear Friends,Psa 93:1  The LORD reigneth, he is clothed with majesty; the LORD is clothed with strength, wherewith he hath girded himself: the world also is stablished, that it cannot be moved.Psa 93:2  Thy throne is established of old: thou art from everlasting.Psa 93:3  The floods have lifted up, O LORD, the floods have lifted up their voice; the floods lift up their waves.Psa 93:4  The LORD on high is mightier than the noise of many waters, yea, than the mighty waves of the sea.Psa 93:5  Thy testimonies are very sure: holiness becometh thine house, O LORD, for ever.God reigns.  God is the sovereign King of the universe.  His power is unlimited and unimaginable.  He spoke the heavens and the earth into existence.  There is nothing too difficult for Him.  Jer 32:17  Ah Lord GOD! behold, thou hast made the heaven and the earth by thy great power and stretched out arm, and there is nothing too hard for thee: Our text for today tells us that, “the Lord reigneth”.  Many modern translations simply say that, “The LORD is king.” GNB.  The idea is the same.  God is in charge and nothing can oppose His sovereign power.Pro 21:30  There is no wisdom nor understanding nor counsel against the LORD. As we go through this day, let us be glad that someone is in charge, and that that someone is our loving Heavenly Father!Isa 52:7  How beautiful upon the mountains are the feet of him that bringeth good tidings, that publisheth peace; that bringeth good tidings of good, that publisheth salvation; that saith unto Zion, Thy God reigneth!
